Registration procedure for the SKITZERLAND® Innovation Awards

1. Payment of the registration fee
   The project lead must first pay the registration fee.
   Do not forget to indicate the name of your project in the “Comment” field (point 3 of the payment form).
2. Complete the form
   The project lead must then complete the submission form below.
3. Submission of documents
   The form below contains a checklist to ensure nothing is forgotten.
   Documents must be submitted as a single .zip file sent exclusively via the “swisstransfer” platform.
   The required documents must be submitted within the set deadlines,  no later than 31 August 2026 at 11:59 pm.
4. Registration validation
   Once the form has been submitted, the registration is considered valid and complete.
   The SKITZERLAND® Association will only contact you if your application is incomplete.
5. Block the dates in your calendar… and wait
   We    will keep you informed about the next stages of the journey.

CONTENT OF YOUR APPLICATION FILE 

Mandatory documents

• Project presentation dossier (PDF), maximum 15 pages
• Simplified project budget (PDF)
• Presentation text for the website: 300 to 500 characters
• 4 to 5 visuals (JPG or PNG)
• Presentation video: MP4, maximum 45 seconds

Optional documents

• Business plan
• Prototype
• Letter(s) of support
• Impact study
• Technical documentation
• Articles or publications
• Any other documents deemed useful
